One-on-One/Hybrid Training

Train one-on-one in a gym setting, available exclusively in the Pagosa Springs area. You’ll receive a personalized training program tailored to your goals, along nutritional coaching to support your progress both inside and outside the gym.

For added flexibility, hybrid coaching is available. This option combines in-person training sessions with a personalized training program for the days we don’t train together, helping you stay consistent and continue making progress.

Hybrid clients receive access to their programming through the REDEFY Fitness/PT Distinction App or Google Sheets, making it easy to follow workouts, track progress, and staying accountable between sessions.

Remote Training

Choose from a proven training template or receive a full customized program designed to help you achieve your specific goals. Every program can be tailored to your goals, experience level, individual needs, and lifestyle.

You’ll have access to your training plan through the REDEFY Fitness/PT Distinction App or Google Sheets, allowing you to easily follow your workouts, log progress, and stay accountable.

Your coaching includes daily messaging support, weekly check-ins, and video analysis to ensure proper technique, monitor progress, provide feedback, and keep you moving towards your goals.
